Check yourself

The word ‘check’ means examine, I can also call it check and balances. If you discover that something is wrong with you, it might be physically, spiritually, financially, martially it is advisable to check yourself, seat down and examine what is wrong with you. In the world today, many Christians have left their place of power and authority, some might think it is nature but I tell you that something is wrong somewhere per-adventure a fervent Christian that is so close to God that all the spiritual and physical activities he/she does everyday of his/her life change suddenly to the extent that he/she had no time to do those things he/she normally does before like praying and fasting, reading and studying of the word, reading motivational Christian books e.t.c but now he/she does not do it, I tell you there is something wrong somewhere in his/her life. As a result of this he/she has left the place of power and authority and has forgotten that all those things he/she left are the keys to spiritual growth and development.
The bible says “a man’s spirit SUSTAINS him in sickness. But a crushed spirit who can bear?”that is, when tribulations comes your spirit man will sustain you, all those spiritual exercise you are doing before are the things that makes your spirit man grow very strong. When a trouble, circumstances, tribulations comes your spirit man will sustain you. But immediately you stop doing those things your spirit man becomes weak gradually that is why some Christians fall easily when tribulations or circumstances arose it is due to the fact that he/she have left his/her place of power and authority. This message is directly to everybody to examine his/her self. The choristers, youth, members, evangelism department, Sunday school department, pastors, apostles, prophets and prophetess, leader in charge and each band in the church should check themselves and make amendments of those things that can bring separation between you and God. “It is when you discover your problem that is when you can recover”.
